This book project began with a best-selling author approaching me to co-author a book with him. The author, Erik Severson, searched LinkedIn for a group of 25 coaches from around the world to write a book of best practices for fellow coaches. I was among the group selected.

 

My chapter is entitled, Transforming Stress into Strength, and it contains my top stress management tools from my 35 years in practice as a psychotherapist and coach. In this time of intense transformation, I hope these tools might help guide your journey.

Although the book is geared toward anyone who is a coach or is considering a career in coaching, I highly recommend it to anyone, as each chapter provides practical tools for working with others. It also is useful for self-discovery.
